How much money does a charity receive when I buy a card?

| Remind4u contributes 10% of the cost of card or cards purchased to your chosen charity as standard. However, if you heard about us from your chosen Charity, and let us know when you register, we will contribute 20% of the cost of the card. For example, if you purchase a £1.99 card then at 10% we will contribute 20p and at 20%, 40p is contributed to your chosen charity for every card bought. |

How is my card printed?
|
| Your card is printed on 350gsm stock which is comparable to the very best cards available in the High Street. We use an HP Indigo 3050 digital press, which is the most sophisticated digital printing press available. All cards are laminated to give a high gloss finish. The dimensions for each design are shown under the Card Details when you select an image. |

Will you send me an envelope so I can send my card on?

| Yes, if you decide to send the card back to yourself, we always include an extra orange envelope so you can either post the card on or hand deliver. |

Can I send cards to someone else?
|
| Yes, if you add a new address, or use a contact from your address book, then we will send direct to that person. We use a handwriting font for addressing the envelope and we always send using a stamp, when sent to a UK address, so it looks personal. |

How much does a card cost?
|
| We have three different costs for cards. For standard square cards we charge £1.99, for standard A5 cards £2.49 and for all cards that use image personalisation £2.99. Postage is always extra depending on the delivery address. The cost of individual cards is displayed under each image in our Card section. |

Can I send cards overseas?
|
| Yes, we can post to any country in the world. Once you select the country that you wish to post the card to, we automatically calculate the postage for you. Please allow at least 4 working days for delivery to Europe and at least 7-10 working days for all other overseas destinations. |

When will my card be posted?
|
All cards posted on your behalf directly to an end recipient are sent using a First Class Postage Stamp so it looks personal.
All cards sent back to you are also sent First Class in either an cream envelope or in a Remind4u box. All cards have an extra orange blank envelope.

When will my card be delivered?
|
The Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of all first class mail the next working day. However, it is not possible to guarantee next day delivery.
To avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive.
It is better to post early rather than your card arrive late! You can use our new feature "Do not open until" to ensure cards arrive
on time but are not opened before the special occasion.

Why do I get the message "Sorry, our preview servers are busy" when previewing an image?
|
| Unfortunately at busy times you may see the above message on your screen when attempting to personalise a card.
This will only last for a few second and if you refresh your page you should be able to continue to view your image and
complete the personalisation. On rare occasions this may persist for slightly longer but please keep trying.
